In preparation for this years competition and in the interest of giving everyone that has not entered a receptionist in the competition before, the AICR committee would like to invite interested Front Office Managers to the first ROTY forum where we will help ensure your candidate stands the best chance by outlining:

•    The process of the competition
•    Common pitfalls
•    Expectations of the judges
•    Examples of both good and poor previous entries

Please note that there is a £15.00 guest fee that is payable on arrival for those people who are not officially paid up members of the AICR UK Section.There will be a no show charge of £15.00 per member which will be strictly enforced.
